Your wedding signs are not only a key decor element, they also serve an important function on your big day.

From directing guests to their seats to helping the catering staff serve the right meal, it’s important to get the details right. If you’re not sure what signage you need for your wedding, we break down the most important signs and details to have for your ceremony and reception below.

seating Charts

Seating charts and escort displays let guests know which table they’re sitting at. Seating charts can be a main focal point for your decor and are a great opportunity for creativity and interaction.

Place Cards

Name cards or place cards show your guests which seat at the table is theirs. While you don’t need assigned seats, if you are having a plated dinner, you will need some way to indicate which meal each guest is having. Place cards can double as favors as well!

OUR PROCESS

INQUIRY

The process starts when you submit an inquiry and share the vision for your wedding decor and what signage items you need.

PROPOSAL

We’ll provide suggestions and brainstorm based on your inspiration photos and send you a custom, itemized proposal to review.

booking

Completing the contract and paying the retainer will secure your date in our schedule. If your ideas change along the way, no worries! In most cases you’ll be able to make adjustments up to a few weeks before your wedding.

confirm details

About a month before your wedding, we’ll send a questionnaire to gather your signage text and guest list. We’ll need this back 3-4 weeks before your wedding day.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION

The fun part begins! You’ll have a chance to approve the designs for key signage pieces before we turn your ideas into reality!

Frequently asked questions

When should I inquire?

3-6 months before your wedding is typically the optimal time to inquire. At this point you have the key elements of your wedding aesthetic nailed down, with ample time to finalize the details. We ask that all weddings are booked at least 6 weeks before wedding day to avoid rush fees. 

What’s your minimum investment?

Our current minimum investment is $1,500, which is approximately the pricing for a welcome sign, seating chart, and place cards for 100 guests based on starting sizes and prices. Most clients spend $2 - $2.5k and for large displays we recommend having a budget of at least $3k. Specifics greatly depend on guest count and the designs you're looking for, please share an accurate budget so that we may provide the best guidance.

Can you deliver to my venue?

While many of our clients choose to pick up their own signage, we do offer delivery service for an extra fee. Please inquire for pricing and availability.

Do you create invitations or address envelopes?

No we don't, as our passion is wedding day details, but we are happy to provide referrals!
